Yoga
Living in Hawaii, I truly appreciate the special feeling of moving my body surrounded by nature. I absolutely love yoga, and I often enjoy practicing it either on the beach or in a studio. There are so many yoga studios and beach yoga spots here in Hawaii, but today I want to share a few of my personal favorites.
Each studio and beach yoga location has its own unique charm. Practicing yoga while listening to the sound of the waves in the soft morning light makes both my body and mind feel lighter. Of course, spending focused time deepening poses in a studio is also a wonderful experience.
I hope this inspires you to enjoy yoga during your time in Hawaii!

This is my home studio, and whenever I have the time, I love to visit regularly.
